Itinerary
Día 1 – San Pedro → Frontera Bolivia → Lagunas y Desierto: Departure 6:00–6:30 from San Pedro. Border formalities and switch to 4x4 jeep. Visit White & Green Lagoons at Licancabur volcano, Dalí Desert, Polques hot springs, Sol de Mañana geysers. End at Red Lagoon and overnight in Mallcu Villa Mar. Día 2 – Formaciones, Lagunas y Cañones: After breakfast, visit volcanic formations “El Camello” and “Italia Perdida”. Hike around Vinto and Catal lagoons with local wildlife. Spot condors in Anaconda Canyon, cross Sora Canyon and Chiguana Salt Flat. Overnight at Salt Hotel in Colcha K. Día 3 – Amanecer en el Salar y Uyuni: Departure 5:30 to Uyuni Salt Flats (10,582 km²) for sunrise. Perspective photos, Playa Blanca (salt museum), Dakar monument, Eyes of the Salt, Colchani. Finish at Train Cemetery and arrival to Uyuni with lunch. Overnight in Uyuni. Día 4 – Retorno a San Pedro: Return trip from Uyuni to San Pedro de Atacama, arriving around 12:30 pm.
